I don't know what type of brackets were used on your 2022 Heartland RV Torque 5th Wheel but we carry the # LC349975, which can really only be installed at one height since they have lip that butts up against the bottom of the I-Beam.

It sounds like you the Canbus connectors at the back of the touch pad of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 part # LC675817 are loose or have broken pins.
I recommend to disconnect the power to the system. Unscrew the Phillips screws from the touch pad and slide the unit off the bracket. In order to get the same keys you will need to replace the lock cylinders on all of the latches you want keyed alike. To do this though, you do need to measure the cylinders themselves in order to get the correct size:

It sounds like you are looking for a set of wheel locks for a trailer. If that is the case then the best option we have is the Wheel Lock Set for 1/2" Wheel Bolts part # RG01-150 which as the title states is for 1/2" studs. This is by far the most common stud size so most likely what you have but the only way to know for certain would be to remove a lug nut and measure the lug stud yourself. I don't have a way to verify the axle you have on your 2017 Heartland Trailrunner 30USBH but if you know you have a 4,400 lb capacity axle the hub part # 8-407-5UC3-EZ is a confirmed fit and comes with everything needed to install as far as bearing and seal are concerned.
